Florida Law protects vulnerable adults who consist of adults with mental health and/or addiction disorders.  Many of these abuses actually occur in the very facilities, i.e, psychiatric hospitals, behavior centers, that are designed to treat and protect these victims.  These individuals are often subjected to sexual and physical abuse.
